We change the layout of a flat and hide what should not be visible: block and stud partitions, boxing-in for risers and concealed frames, suspended ceilings, bespoke recesses and shelves. Wet rooms get moisture-resistant board and the stud cavity is filled with mineral wool.

- profiles and coves for LED strips and linear lighting
- bespoke plasterboard recesses, shelves and cabinets
- moisture-resistant board in wet rooms, fire-rated board where required
- acoustic insulation inside the stud cavity
- boxing in loft slopes, knee walls and upstands
- lintels, angle beads, aluminium corners, taping and filling of joints
How long it takes and what drives the price
Building a partition wall takes 1–3 days plus filling and sanding time. A suspended ceiling in one room takes 2–4 days. Boxing-in a riser with an access panel takes 1–2 days.

- partition material: silicate, aerated concrete, brick or steel stud
- area and number of levels in the suspended ceiling
- profiles and recesses for LED strips
- acoustic insulation inside the partitions
- boxing-in loft slopes and knee walls
- number of corners and joints to be filled
