Strip-out, demolition and waste removal — Warsaw
We prepare the property for its new design: stripping tiles and old plaster, demolishing partitions, removing floors, sanitaryware and dead installations. Everything that stays is protected with sheeting, and the rubble is carried out and disposed of — we do not leave bags on the stairwell.
What the scope includes

Strip-out and preparatory works
- demolishing partition walls — masonry and plasterboard
- cutting and widening door and window openings
- stripping old tiles from walls and floors
- removing old plaster, skim, wallpaper and flaking paint
- lifting old floors: laminate, board, parquet, carpet, screed
- removing old sanitaryware: WC, basins, baths, trays, enclosures
- removing old kitchen units, wardrobes and built-in joinery
- removing old electrical and plumbing installations
- removing door sets together with their frames
- taking down suspended ceilings and plasterboard builds
- sheeting windows, doors and every surface that stays
- carrying out rubble, transport and disposal of construction waste
17 — HANDOVER
Completion and handover
- post-renovation cleaning, removing sheeting and protection
- cleaning windows, frames and sills
- removing leftover materials and rubble
- a joint quality inspection and a written snagging list
- completing the items on the snagging list
- handing over guarantee documents, product data and instructions
How long it takes and what drives the price
Strip-out in a 5 m² bathroom usually takes 1–2 days. Demolition across a 50–70 m² flat takes 3–7 days. Waste removal is arranged as we go so it never blocks the work front.

- area to be stripped and thickness of the layers
- masonry versus plasterboard walls
- floor level and lift access when carrying rubble out
- number of skips and disposal cost
- extent of protection for surfaces that remain
- removal of old installations and joinery
