We take a flat from developer condition or bare shell to move-in ready. Plaster and skim, screeds, flooring, painting, microcement, ceilings, skirting and doors — all on one schedule with a single point of contact.
What the scope includes
06 — PLASTERING
Plaster, skim and surface preparation
- machine-applied and hand-applied gypsum plaster
- cement-lime render in wet rooms and garages
- gypsum skim for painting — machine sanded with dust extraction
- filling plasterboard, taping the joints
- priming with products matched to the substrate
- levelling walls, finishing reveals and corners
- repairing cracks, damage and scars left by old installations
07 — FLOORING
Floors and screeds
- cement, anhydrite and self-levelling screeds
- acoustic and thermal floor insulation
- laying laminate and vinyl — click and glued down
- laying engineered board and parquet
- sanding, filling and lacquering or oiling parquet
- skirting: MDF, PVC, aluminium, skirting with an LED profile

09 — DECORATING
Painting and wall finishes

10 — JOINERY
Joinery: doors, windows, stairs
- fitting internal doors on adjustable and fixed frames
- fitting architraves, trimming and adjusting door leaves
- surface-mounted sliding doors and pocket doors
- fitting entrance and security doors
- fitting ventilation grommets and undercutting door leaves
- replacing handles, locks, cylinders and door closers
- fitting windows, internal sills and finishing reveals
- fitting internal staircases, balustrades and handrails
How long it takes and what drives the price
A complete fit-out of a 50–70 m² flat usually takes 6–10 weeks. Painting and flooring alone in a handed-over flat takes 2–3 weeks. Wet trades need drying time and that cannot be compressed.

- starting condition — developer shell or post-demolition
- floor type: laminate, engineered board, parquet needing sanding
- microcement and decorative plaster instead of plain paint
