We install from scratch and rebuild what exists: circuits, consumer unit, sockets and lighting, water and waste runs, radiators and underfloor heating. We plan every point with you before any chasing starts — moving a socket after the tiles are on costs many times more.

03 — ELECTRICS
Electrical installations
- planning every electrical point with the client, before any chasing
- chasing walls, drilling penetrations, setting back boxes
- running new cable and splitting out circuits
- replacing and extending the consumer unit, fitting breakers and RCDs
- fitting sockets, switches, dimmers and faceplates
- sockets in the kitchen worktop, pop-up and under-counter sockets
- dedicated circuits and connection of induction hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine
- ceiling, downlight and track lighting
- LED strips, aluminium profiles, drivers and controllers
- under-cabinet kitchen lighting and mirror backlighting
- fitting lamps, chandeliers, wall lights, flush fittings and pendants
- bathroom fittings at the correct IP rating
- electric underfloor heating with sensor and thermostat
- door entry and video door entry systems
- data cabling: LAN, TV, points behind a wall-mounted television, cables concealed in the wall

04 — PLUMBING
Water, waste and heating installations
- running hot and cold water pipework — PEX or copper
- rebuilding and running waste pipework, boxing in risers
- relocating water and waste points: basin, WC, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge
- fitting concealed cisterns and wall-hung WC pans
- fitting basins, baths, shower trays and enclosures
- linear and point drains, forming the falls
- waterproofing beneath tiling — liquid membrane, sealing tapes, matting
- surface-mounted and concealed mixers, shower panels
- connecting washing machine, dishwasher and fridge with ice maker
- fitting sink, kitchen mixer, trap and water filter
- replacing and fitting radiators, including bathroom ladder rails
- wet underfloor heating — loops, manifold, pressure test
- fitting and connecting boilers and instantaneous water heaters
- pressure testing before anything is covered up
05 — VENTILATION
Ventilation and preparation for air conditioning
- fitting bathroom extract fans, including humidity sensor and run-on timer
- ventilation ducting, spiral duct, grilles and diffusers
- fitting a kitchen extractor and ducting it to the outside
- running MVHR ductwork in cooperation with the installer
- preparing routes for air conditioning: chases, power supply, condensate drain
- clearing and repairing existing ventilation ducts
How long it takes and what drives the price
Installations in a 50–70 m² flat usually take 1–2 weeks for electrical and plumbing combined. A single bathroom takes 3–5 days. Installations always go in before plaster and screed.
